Well, I haven’t had this much fun in a while…trading like a day
trader today! Lol!!! Fast and furious action with these Russell
Darnit if UEC didn’t keep going up as upplands noted–UEC
closed at $2.35…upplands and I both bought it yesterday around
$1.66-$1.74 …but we still made a tidy gain on it.
turned out to be my dark horse on the Russell plays…I had a limit
order in for 600 shares at $4.45…caught it there and then sold them
all just an hour later at $4.61. Thank goodness I was trading with my
$7 broker on these! Lol!!! Gives me a little pocket change for the
MRT showed signs of a late move, so I held as long as
possible…but I closed out my limit order at 4.10 and clicked sell at
market at 3:59 and got out at $3.86…a tiny gain before commissions
THEN GET THIS: MRT popped 16 cents in the final
minute!!! It closed at $4.02…!!! However, the timing was so tight on
that last second move, it would have required deft skill to get a
higher price…funny thing is, that final 30 seconds of the day moved
this thinly traded stock up those 16 cents on only a 3,000 share move.
PURE: I exited this trade about 7 minutes to the
close…basically it gained 1 penny for me before commissions are
figured in. Then, it too popped 8 cents on the final 2,000 share trade
of the day. It looks to me like someone maneuvered the bid and ask to
make it pop so fast on a small block trade.
RAE: I mentioned
this one earlier as a possibility, but I thought it had the market cap
met and action was light…well, it popped up 20 cents in the last 10
minutes of the day on fairly strong volume! Go figure!!!
can look these charts up yourselves….look at them in 1 minute or 5
minute mode and notice how several of them flew up outta nowhere in the
closing minutes of the day! Unbelievable!!!
