Well, if you think about it, that could also be a bullish thing! If the
“INVESTORS” have hesitated up to now, then what do you think happens
once the investors decide to jump on the bandwagon? As Sam says, if the
markets keep going up, more and more people sitting on the sidelines
are gonna want to jump in, or they will be kicking themselves for
having missed one of the biggest rallies of all time. Lol!
thing as I read this article you posted is it says investors are still
watching and waiting and they think it’s too soon to get back
in…well, these are the same people who failed to listen to traders
like me back in 2007 who said it was time to sell everything…they
hesitated and they watched, and only started selling after they had
seen 50% or more of their investments washed out!
